About me

I hold an Honours BSc in Psychology and Counselling and am a trauma‑informed coach with safeguarding training. Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Adverse Childhood Experience's awareness, I’ve worked in mental health charities and taught A‑level Psychology and Criminology. I am also a survivor of cancer and childhood adverse experiences.

I support adults affected by trauma using evidence‑based, safety‑focused methods to build resilience, emotional regulation and values‑led action. I tailor ACT‑based and trauma/ACE‑informed interventions to each person’s context, emphasising informed consent and risk‑aware practice.

  • I am a private funded service only. I do offer discounts for multi-session bookings.

  • Sessions for therapy are £45 for each 45 minute session. Discounts offered for multiple bookings. Access Bars is £30 for each 30 minute session. £5 deposits are payable for each session and cancellation terms apply.
